What do you think of girls with this level of body composition?

She's a bit more defined than my level (natural, my father's Scottish/North German & isn't just a broad guy but naturally mesomorph/naturally muscular) & I certainly get attention from *grown men* who know what they want, how to get it, and are confident / self assured in themselves.

On the other hand the younger guys around my age (30s) or young (20s) I don't get so much. I guess some feel insecure or even inferior maybe?

The funny thing is, is in this category of guys there's a number who just come across as effeminate. I don't know if they're actually gay but the rail-thin figures & no real muscle mass certainly isn't masculine.

If that's natural and not steroid induced, then she's a serious weight lifter. She looks pretty strong. I'd wonder how much gym work she needs to do to maintain that. If she's in the lifting game, it might be a serious time drainer. I'd feel the same about competitive weight lifting/competitive body form guys. (Arnold Classic and all),

I still find it quite attractive. I think a part of me favors women with a little less muscle mass, but it's like the other part appreciates the discipline and hard work. I think about where things start to cross a threshold for me is like Lidia Valentin:

A little too much for me personally - I like when they are toned but not when they start putting on muscle to the point where they start looking like your average male gym goer (not a fan of those arm muscles and broad shoulders)

For me, its personally too masculine. I think being that muscular as a female makes you less feminine which is something that I value myself. If women are happy being muscular then that's okay. Everyone finds their strength doing something.
