I'm very well aware that I'm not massive/ripped like some guys you see in movies, TV, magazines, and on the net.. which if I was I wouldn't be asking lol. I'm just curious as to what women think about a guy with my physique.

I prefer a bit of chest hair but your size is perfect I like than more than skinny with muscles.

I've never been very hairy on my chest and back. I cut it, but even if I didn't you probably wouldn't even see it in a pic like that.
