30 is a good age but not all women have a broad window for fertility. Some women have significant decline in fertility in their early 30s while others can get pregnant well into the 40s+.

It comes down to women knowing their FSH levels. Follicle Stimulating Hormones level. The higher the number the less chance of getting pregnant.
It would be great if all women had a lot of wiggle room and could mature a lot more before getting pregnant but not every woman should wait. I lucked out and got pregnant easily at 38. I've known other woman who were infertile by the same age.

Guys' brains fully developed after 26 so maybe that should be the better age to be a parent. I've known some people to be good parents in their early 20s. I don't think there would have been any way I'd be mature enough to have a child in my 20s. I wasn't wild or anything but not emotionally strong enough at that time.

Correct. The cortex of the brain is not fully developed in people until somewhere between 25 and 30. This part of the brain is also called the "executive center" where decisions are made and an action is executed.
Foolish mistakes of youngers is prime reason why car insurance is so high for young singles.

Thirty seems a bit late to me, maybe 25 is more like it? Certainly most people have acquired a little wisdom by age 30 that they normally wouldn't have before that age.

I definitely believe it rings true for some people, but everyone matures at different stages as well. I'm not 100% sure about brain development, but I've heard it's supposed to be fully developed by 25 (though this doesn't necessarily mean one is "mature" by 25; I know lots of people ages 25+ who still act like they're 15). Some people never really mature and act like children their entire lives, too.

I dont buy it. My gma is 65 or so in her words she says you never stop learning and making mistakes in my opinion there is no full maturity

Maturity is subjective, so it varies not only from person to person, but also in relation to what the assessor deems "mature".

A 30yo can be expected to be more together then a 20yo because they've got 10 years of life experience as an adult.
Whether that's partly due to biological growth, I dunno, but I suppose it makes sense.
It's also highly dependent on the person. Some 20 years olds are very capable, others are kids.

But generally speaking I would tend to agree. As you get older, your thinking changes. I don't think it's this black and white, it varies with everyone I think, but generally.

You become more aware of your actions around 30. Whether you want to make the right choice or not is up to you. But you have better ability to make judgment calls

It depends on the person. Some people are mature when they reach puberty, others still haven't matured by the time they are 60.
