No. Men have a massive edge on women when it comes to that. Testosterone. It's a natural steroid. Testosterone causes our muscles to be more dense, causes our bones to be heavier and thicker. Causes us to gain muscle faster and lose weight faster.
My metabolism’s faster than most all my friends, and I can lose weight super fast.

Most men don't attack women. Most men wouldn't want to do that. We are raised from a young age to protect women.. And honestly our instincts say we need to. Protect women.

Yes if the guy doesn't work out the same as the girl. If they both do the same routine the guy will always be stronger.

Nope. Women have emotional intelligence.
Men also possess superior physical endurance. Thats why male and female athletes compete in a different class, and the female class is always slower. Look at marathons for example, the average male time is 30 minutes quicker than the average female time.
A notable exception is swimming, thats easier for women because of their higher bodyfat levels. They don't need to do as much work to stay afloat so they dominate water endurance.
Not by strength but we can beat them by using some fighting tricks with speed
Generically-speaking, the average male will be stranger than the average female. That said, individuals vary WIDELY, and at least theoretically, it is absolutely possible for a female to be 'stronger' than a male!

Yes women can get strong and be stronger than the average man, without steroids.
Yes, but highly unlikely. Especially for upper body strength. I've seen plenty of women that can squat higher than most guys though. With the same amount of training, it's generally impossible though.

I will say no. Their bodies just are not built for it. Women can be very strong, very tough. But their anatomy just won't allow it. Dont get me wrong there are definitely strong women out there.
