I have done keto and lost like 20 pounds in around two months. And honestly I wasn't even tracking anything. I was just basically eating a bunch of fat and avoiding pretty much all carbs.
It wasn't until my pants felt looser and my doctor visit that I realized I lost a good amount of weight.
I would say give it a try and see how it works for you. I will say tho that my cholesterol during the keto diet did go up quite a bit.
And at that time I was still working out around 3 times a week.
Hey I’m a personal trainer and a kinesiologist. The state of ketosis is very hard on the body initially. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are a ultra marathon athlete. If your goal is just weight loss there are better ways. Message me if you would like to discuss further

I'm STRUGGLING!
I'm on this lifestyle of not eating dinner, but it's done nothing to my weight.
I'm over-weight for my age and height, and I don't exactly like how I look by any means, right now I'm trying this 800 calorie diet. I already know that's unhealthy, but I'm getting desperate and tired after this 3 year-long weight loss journey that's done nothing 😥

I think you are approaching all of this the wrong way. There is nothing wrong with bigger girls, lots of guys find them attractive. Instead of trying to change yourself to appease society, you need to accept your body and be confident from within.
You wanna lose weight but you still stuckd with your diet.. running 4-6 miles a day might help. Eat twice a day and no dinner just tea or something..
that sounds like starving lol only twice a day?
Yeah if you really want to lose weight... you can also cheat by smoking stuff.. but u would the consequences.. i did 20kg in two months and then i maintaind it.. taking initial is difficult everything else is easy..
Not by smoking by running and skipping a meal..
someone i know tried fasting diet and it showed good results. Its called dofasting i guess

My top is bigger than my bottom. I’m built like a wine glass but my legs and thighs are thick but my boobs are big
It sounds like you carry it nicely, and I wouldn’t worry too much about your body image :) just eat right but not too little (get enough calories in from the right foods) and you won’t have health problems, especially since it sounds like your waist is thinner by comparison. Your body might find some kind of point where it wants to stay at that weight, depending on how much you eat, and that’s fine, just don’t feel bad like you need to lose any to look good. You probably already look nice anyways, especially because of the curves, but that doesn’t mean girls with a wider waist can’t look good either so yeah XD don’t worry
