I am curious how many people suffer with anxiety and your story and what you do to stop or relieve it, maybe even cure it? I got anxiety at 18 and since then made me not able to eat food. Now currently I take a natural anxiety medicine before I eat breakfest and at 5pm. I now sleep early 10-12 midnight & wake up daily at 4am. I now since yesterday taking a very high vitamin supplement that contains 35 vitamins & some reason calms my body? I’m underweight but all these vitamins helping me not get anxiety? I took my anxiety medicine for 2nd time today 5pm & felt even more calm as this med as natural tea ingredients and 2 vitamins as well b12 and zinc. I find regular tea doesn’t help but meditation videos helps a lot for stress and attacks and to sleep.
