Thought control. That is only way within the short time you have. Anxiety and doubt stem from ignorance. If you subject yourself to it often and frequently enough it will become automatized and occur even when you aren't thinking about things that make you nervous. And you can pass that right down in the genes.
Knowledge and Understanding is how you rid of it because that leads to faith and faith leads to well being. It would take to long to explain over text and honestly you still wouldn't understand what I'm saying. It is very complexed. Just focus on thought control.

Think of it as a regular day, I've gotten to the point where I can box anxiety and stress and function until after the event or crisis is over. Mentally put it in a box and stuff it in a corner until after.
Maybe believe in yourself and think about that life has always something positive.
