You can always write down what you feel. You can talk to a relative. And you really should try to make some friends but first you should see who is worth your time or not. Personally music always helps me especially when I walk alone or feel sad. But you really shouldn't trust new people without you knowing them enough. You can talk with people about casual stuff like a class or homework.
You can also think how is your life going to be if you still get anxious. You miss out experiences you could have lived
I know how it feels like but sometimes you have to imagine another reality where everything is just like you thought it would.
And maybe then you will see it differently. I don't know if this helped but whatever.🙂

Make new friends anon, even if they are online, it will help with the anxiety, you are anxious all the time cause all you can think about is your past, go outside more, even if it's just a walk to breath, being indoors for too long can effect your mental state so go outside and breath, even if it's just a small walk around the neighborhood
Maybe see a counselor to get mental clarity. That's what I did.
