How do you answer the question when somebody ask you if buffalo sauce is hot?

i'm a guy who snacks on Carolina reapers, Buffalo sauce in my opinion is very very mild. I just started work at Arby's and we serve a buffalo chicken and a buffalo chicken slider which is dipped in buffalo sauce for me it has no effect. my reply is I Carolina reapers for me it's very mild for the average person that might be a little bit hot how would you respond when you have killed your spice tolerance

I'd use the Scoville scale. Learn what peppers are involved, and give people an objective, concrete number. Granted, few people even know about the scale, so I doubt it'd do them much good, but progress has to start somewhere.

Just give them the scoville heat rating of the stuff... Or compare it to a jalapeno... Everyone knows what those taste like.
