I wish 8. But lately around 5 sometime 6 ,, I work for 5 different companies and I also do side jobs. 4 years ago I got hired to take care a property. That just sold about 6 months ago , the people who bought it hired me to remodel it and on a time frame because they want to get married next month there so as everything gets closer to that date the more time I put in. I will be glad when it's over the only thing about thst is 3 people bought this property all friends,, the couple who bought the house the millionaire who bought the shop and the billionaire who bought 71 acres and he wants to build s house a big house so maybe I will start only getting 4 hrs lol. I hope not

Typically 5 hours or less. I am an early riser - and by early I will spontaneously wake up anywhere as early as 3:30 in the morning and VERY rarely as late as 7. The average being about 5:00 A. M regardless of what time I got to bed.
It does not bother me personally. I figure that if I am up at that hour, it must mean that I am ready to be awake. I just have to make sure not to wake my girlfriend or our children. So the first hours of any morning involve a lot of tiptoeing.
I've a rare genetic mutation (DEC2) which means I can function on 4-6 hours like how anyone else would on 8+ hours. I usually get 3-5 hours of sleep & nobody figures it out.
When taking the greyhound across the country I didn't sleep for 3 nights & was still more "aware"/awake than the girl working the grocery store register at the other end of my trip.
5 hours or left because it's like my body some reason doesn't want me to sleep and wants to curse me with eyebags

I really need 7. Lately I have been in a 6-hour rut, though. And the last couple of days with 3 grandkids over for three days, sleep has become a distant memory!
As I'm breastfeeding, not that many at the present time.
Between 7-8 hours every night. More or less than that and I feel sleepy again. No kids, no sleep issues 👌.
For the past couple months I have been fighting some infection so they put me on a med that totally knocks me out usually i got around 6 hours give or take all depends if my dog woke me up to go outside or the cats decided they needed to eat
About 6. I usually fall asleep around 11 pm and then wake up at 5 am.
Not nearly enough as I should.
I wouod like to get 7-8 hours per night, but most joints I probably only get 5 or so.usually a lot but lately its been pretty wild so maybe like 4 hours per night, lets see about tonight 🤷🏽♂️

Lately I've been getting 5-6 hours because I stay up late. But usually I take 8-9 hours.
I really need to start going to bed earlier. Four to five since this pandemic sleeps has become a rarity for me
Sadly, I average on 5 hours per night.
I'm insomniac, a light sleeper and an early riser. My brain needs a ton of sleep for some dumb reason.
When I was working I'd be up till at least 11 and leave my house by 6 some times I'd pass out at nine, sometimes up till 2. So very rarely got more than 7 hours, sometimes only 4 hours
I get about 5-6 most nights. In reality it would be better if I could get a good 7-8 hrs of sleep a night.
It depends on whether or not I'm going though an episode of depression.
When I'm mentally sound, I sleep 7h and 45 minutes like clockwork every night without an alarm.
But when I'm depressed it varries between 5h and 10h, generally trending on less rather than more.Currently 7 to 10 sometimes 5 depending on the night. Currently my sleep schedule is all over the place 😂
If I tell you I should kill you...
Im 5 or lessDuring the school year it's around 5 to 6 during school nights, but on the weekends or when off school usually 8.
