Well, there is only so much you can do if you are genetically bound to have some things. To fix saggy boobs, stop wearing bras as they lessen the strength of tissues holding the breasts. As for cellulite, toning the muscles might help through exercise but it might only minimize it while not making it completely go away.

I take cold showers every day and my body feels a lot more perky when I do. Highly recommend it and there's a lot of benefits for it. Cold air in general will set back any aging effects
