How to deal with sunburn?

I've been to the beach in the last couple days in a row and being in australia ofc im gonna get burnt. any ways to fix or help the burns?

Not sure if you are truly 14, but having 5 or more sunburns as a child increases your chances of getting skin cancer 80%. Tylenol and Ibuprofen can help with the pain. Also and after burn product with lidocaine can help numb the skin but has to be reapplied frequently. My husband is very fair skinned and he got a burn from sitting at a game and it was only 50 degrees that day. He burned so bad that pus was oozing out of his forehead and his eyes swole shut. He had to get a steroid injection.

some good natural cures for sunburn are dabbing the area with vinegar or Greek yogurt. You can also cut up a potato and rub it over the affected area.
Also a cool bath or shower may help.

If you use body lotion, put the container in the refrigerator. That will feel good on your sunburn. Or go buy some and do that.

Why don't you try preventing it with a high SPF lotion before you head to the beach.
