Would these measurements make me fit, thin, chubby, need to lose weight etc?

So these are my measurements:
height: 5 ft 7inches
weight: 139lbs
bicep: 11 inches
under bust: 30 inches
waist: 28 inches
bellybutton/stomach: 31 inchea
hip/butt: 37.5 inches
thigh: 21 inches

Update: body fat percentage is about 20%
Would these measurements make me fit, thin, chubby, need to lose weight etc?
