My hooded eyes hang over my eyelids.
Would Apple Cider Vinegar help tighten skin?
Some skincare products can be expensive.

no the only way to fix that is through cosmetic surgery which insurance won't pay for. and the surgery is very dangerous from what i was told my my primary care physician because i asked him about the same thing and that's what he told me and he said it's not worth it and wouldn't recommend it

Your only option is surgery. Apple cider vinegar won't help you a bit.
