Do ice cubes help tighten eyelid skin for hooded eyes?

I’ve got saggy eyelid skin which give me hooded eyes.
People think I’m tired & it’s hard to put on eyeshadow.
Would putting ice cubes on the eyelids help reduce the sagging if the sagging is quite bad?

Not sure about you but mine go away when I sleep better. Never tried ice cubes but I think they might be placebo
