Discharge before a period?

can someone tell me if getting a pale yellow elastic-like discharge is normal before getting a period? my period is due in a few days and i’m worried about this. i’ve also got tender breasts and a stomach ache. please let me know.

It's called cervical mucus and throughout the month there are several phases. Each phase has meaning from fertile to non fertile. What you are experiencing is completely normal.
