Mine is typically shower and wash off makeup then get in something comfy (Usually that involves an oversized sweater and that's it). Then just keep the lights low and browse apps until I get sleepy.
My routine is normally to first double-check I completed everything on my schedule for the day. Then if everything is good I will take a shower. After I put my hair in a towel to dry and put on one of my soft/fuzzy robes to be comfy. Then I sit in bed and read if I have a book or watch a show other videos for 30 mins until I take the towel out. This is when I will normally take off my robe and if it is the cold time of year I will put on some warm pajamas like a fluffy onesie or something. If the temps are warmer I will normally just get under the covers because I prefer sleeping nude. I then do what I was doing for another hourish and go to sleep.
I love working out at night. Just finished doing a nice workout. (Sometimes I workout in the morning but I highly prefer at nights) After that I take a shower. Then I wash my face and moisture it. Brush my teeth. Watch a movie or tv series until I fall asleep. Not always the case but typically.
-check work stuff -check life stuff -check lights, valves, switches, windows, doors -shower -check on the front yard, check on the back yard -check on the cats, for the night -go rest -get up and double check on whatever bothered me on first checks -go back to rest
Lay in bed with music I don't like that much playing as I wait for my ADHD to stop so I can sleep such as now, it's 4 am, I think an all nighter might be in order
I don’t have the same routine but it often involves things like making healthy teas and eating a few slices of cheese and having home made chocolate yogurt and reading a bit and I tend to surf Gag more at night than during the day.
