I usually have dinner at 19.00 (7 pm), than I wash dishes and clean the kitchen. On summer after that I usually take a shower and then collapse on bed, I read books and message with friends until I sleep. On winter, usually after dinner I play games on pc, I make some useless thing with 3D pen or watch some films, then I go to bed and read a book until I sleep.

Mines out of control. I have sleep apnea and it’s taking forever to get everything settled. I need to find a less irritating mask for my CPAP, maybe find a special pillow, get another sleep test, and the doctors are busy busy busy as always. Also I keep forgetting to put the mask on because I’m so forgetful in general, which I’m hoping getting better sleep will help with.
One thing that does help me sleep when I want to is listening to music, telling my brain to shut up and relax. lolGet my gym stuff ready for tomorrow morning, fill up my CPAP machine, chnge into my pajamas, brush and floss, take my pills, pee, and go to bed and put mu CPAP mask on and try to sleep.
Take a shower, I sleep naked so I don't have to get dressed for bed. shave, Brush my teeth, floss , get my clothes out for the next morning, turn on my ceiling fan. Get in bed, watch a little TV or come on here. Turn off the lights then go to sleep.
If I eat I’m falling asleep asap. If I don’t eat then I just awake and watch Netflix, play Mario Kart or watch videos on YouTube until I feel tired.
After dinner 🍽️ sometime for TV and bath 🚿🛀 then romance 💒☺️ and sleep 😴
I go to the bathroom, turn off the lights and climb into bed.
Watching movie and serie or chatting with someone until i sleep
Music or a movie, cuddles, sex and then sleep.
