Anonymous(36-45)+1 yTo the people worried about a tracking chip:
1. Laptop=microchipped, and hackers can watch you through your camera
2. Phone=microchipped
3. TV=microchipped
4. GPS=microchipped
5. Any Apple product=microchipped
6. Debit/Credit cards=microchipped
7. Alexa=can (and does) record your private conversations at home
8. Public stores&buildings/gas pumps/traffic cams/city centers=cameras watching your every move
9. Google Earth=has an image of your backyard pool for all to see
If you think your government or a hacker or even your basic vengeful ex needs you to be physically microchipped to find you or do other nefarious things, you're much too late to be worried about that now. You've already willingly given them access to your whole entire life and their ability to continuously collect information on you. Your social media alone is you handing over your autonomy. Have you even bothered to read those agreement forms you sign before signing up to any website? There is a reason you ordered a box of coffee pods and are now getting ads and emailed coupons for Starbucks on all your platforms. The time to get all high and mighty about how not getting the vaccine will prevent "them" from obtaining information on you passed like 30 years ago.31 Reply- +1 y

I never had a flu shot in my life and got the flu maybe 5-6 times in my life. I think your weakening yourself when you do obviously as people who get it are still getting sick. I can see why weaker people need to get it and understand. But I’m strong health and won’t ever get one it’s not like anyone buying or selling a house asked me once 😂

Yeah I’m ok with that what ever not like a shot going to help me so what the fuck. Maybe you lose some weight and eat healthy exercise you wouldn’t be needing a shot 🤔 I’m not going to take a shot because someone else is a fat ass with health issues. Stay inside your home and stop bitching or jump off a cliff I literally don’t give a fuck. This is the Libitards issues demanding we follow like the sheep they are. If I was fat if I was unhealthy yeah I might get it but I’m perfectly thin and fit health at an optimum level 😉 so your crying game only make me laugh. Go on a diet eat good food run swim exercise fatty stop crying your unhealthy 😂

My step mom who is Somalian yeah she’s kinda black my dad like dark women 😂. I’m my heart I’ve posted how my step mom I consider my real mother. So you post a comment that is actually proven to be 💯% fake and slanderous! But you can’t help it so I’m not going to sue you it’s funnier to read your stupidity!

Then why are you against Antifa? Have you actually looked up what Antifa is or are you just follow the crowd?🐑

HAVE YOU WATCHED WHAT ANTIFA DOES! I don’t believe in burning down business attacking officers and civilians to prove my point! I don’t know if I could your younger than me you likely kick my ass in a fist fight. But even if I could kick your ass just because your political views are different I’m not going to kick you ass if i could because of it. I don’t think a man who spent 17 years building a business deserves to have it destroyed. I actually know a person in Seattle who lost everything when they took over. He ran a company for 17 years and is completely non political was at home because he didn’t want to be around there. The destroyed his business and he didn’t have insurance for his equipment. You can post anything about your cause like they do but what you do results in the intentions of what they are actually representing and it’s destruction.

You have a right not to get the shot but your reasoning is stupid 😂😂😂
- +1 y
Why is my reason stupid because I never got a shot and haven’t had the flu only 6 times in my life. The fact I’m healthy and fit and haven’t needed to stay indoors and enjoyed being out the entire lock down without getting sick and not wanting to inject things that aren’t go to help but could harm me. Your mental instability I’m sure your on medications for it as well. So your dependence of pill popping and medications is you hang up not mine. +1 yThat would be quite a mean thing to do.
But I think, it's absurd; for three main reasons:
- without permanent energy source, it can not actively transmit data; a transmitter would be external - so why use a chip internally and separated?
- from the storage and into your body - there's no realistic opportunity to associate the chip with 'your' (my, our) individual identity;
- a strong magnetic induction field is capable to destroy the tiny circuits in a chip; to 'rely' on a device that's vulnerable to sabotage makes no sense.
The ID chips that are used for animals aren't working the way some people suspect

I remember arguing with someone who said an influencer stole her friends cat. She said the cats gps chip showed that the cat was in her area (there was a video of a similar cat on this influencers video). I was like what there's no such thing as a gps chip for pets, they just have an ID chip which is tiny. I think what happened is a vet/shelter had called them because they had the cat and weren't very clear or these people just aren't the brightest and just thought the clinic location was a general gps location (?) I don't know but poor cat probably got put down because his owners were too stupid.

Consider 5G.. Very short Microwaves. Towers now everywhere. RFID Chips could stay activated. Macy’s and many large stores use it ( credit cards chips) when you walk-in. It tells them what you buy. It’s no longer a private world. As you’ve pointed out , we all gave cell phones. They can hear what you’re saying without you knowing. That google home thing.
It listens 24 hours a day. It was used to convict a murder. They gad the recording..

@kkirk4442 I left that multi-pack out because I'm not sure if some doses come as 'ready-to-use' single units. However - I'd expect a chip still to be too large to pass a common needle. If a doc comes along with an elephant sized pump - you can still back off :D

@JamieLoves : No, the conspiracy theorists can believe anything. They even believe what can't be done, is done. In other words, the conspiracy theorists are full of baloney about this. It's pure BS. Nobody can explain how a chip can be made so small as to fit in a needle, and still be effective, and nobody can explain how a multi-dose vial can get a chip in every injection. It's ludicrous to think it can be done. You obviously don't know anything about drawing up a dose in a needle, from a multi-dose container.

@kkirk4442 Please stay abreast of the "latest" developments, even though this was patented over 13 years ago. #5,423,362 "The invention relates to tracer particles for product identification and/or authentication. When incorporated into a manufactured item, that item can be subsequently authenticated by detecting the tracer particle. The tracer particles of the invention are etched with markings, and in some embodiments, are manufactured with materials that are generally recognized as safe (GRAS). The particles can be analyzed qualitatively or quantitatively. In other aspects, the invention provides methods for the manufacture of the tracer particles, and in other aspects, provides methods for using the particles. Examples of products that can be tagged using the tracer particles of the invention include pharmaceuticals, animal feeds or feed supplements, baby formula powder and liquid bulk materials. Other applications include forensics, such as in explosive materials." As for "individual tracking" from a container- true- this would only narrow things down to a mere one out of four or five doses from the same vial.

A Nanotech Detector for Heart Attacks
Nanosensors that detect heart attacks before they happen could save both lives and money.
That is exactly what Eric Topol, MD, at San Diego-based Scripps Health has been working on with Axel Scherer, PhD, of Caltech. Their technology involves tiny blood stream nanosensor chips that might sense the precursor of a heart attack. A person with such a tiny chip might get a warning on their smartphone or another wireless device that they should immediately see their cardiologist.
The latest versions of the chip measure 90 microns--much smaller than a grain of sand. A doctor or nurse might inject the nanosensor into a patient's arm, where it would flow down to the distal tip of the finger and embed itself, screening the blood for endothelial cells that are sloughed off an artery wall in a precursory period preceding a heart attack.
The sensors are now being used for glucose detection in animal studies. Human trials should follow thereafter.
The combination of a nanosensor and coupled smartphone could be used be used to track autoimmune disease and cancer. It could also be used to screen for rejection in patients with organ transplants. In this application, the nanosensor could be calibrated to detect the donor organ DNA in the blood, which would begin showing up in the blood as an early sign of rejection.

A laughable 6 months of testing and stage 3 trials still continuing until Jan 2023. Basically they're conducting a clinical trial on the entirety of humanity, including our children, which is plain reckless, evil and stupid. All for a highly survivable, hyped up virus which doesn't even affect young people, and doesn't even affect most people, even with the PCR test which has been used in a fraudulent manner.
Plus they don't seem to want to talk about all the deaths and adverse reactions. Over a 1000 in the UK, 500000+ adverse incidents.

"In a public health emergency, manufacturing and approval of vaccines can be streamlined through an Emergency Use Authorization or EUA. An EUA does not affect vaccine safety, because it does not impact development, such as research, clinical studies and the studying of side effects and adverse reactions. Instead, it speeds up manufacturing and administrative processes." ☺️
- +1 y
I mean, your job as a thinking citizen of the world should be to question authorities, big pharma and governments, rather than obediently reciting their nonsense. You can't test for long term effects in 6 months. You just can't.
In the words of Yoda, shrouded in mystery, the future, is!
In the FDA's own words, ' there is no FDA approved vaccine for coronavirus'.
Codswallop, that's what I say!

Here's a song though:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIhb-kNvL6M - +1 y
Yeah because the vaccine was approved for emergency use... That's the point... 🤦🏻♀️
- +1 y
Yes it has emergency use authoriSation because it is an experimental treatment that hasn't been approved by the FDA. Its clinical trials are still ongoing which implies they are still trying to establish its fundamental long term safety. Why would you be against people being wary, sceptical, cautious of taking an experimental treatment? That's not conspiratorial, but rather, basic self-preservation. Especially for those who read around and are aware of the kind of corruption that is endemic amongst regulators and the scientific industry.
- +1 y
No it either gets fda approval or emergency use authorization... Which just means they mass produce the vaccines while they are testing them. Refer to quoted above.
- +1 y
That's what EUA is... Rather than doing it step by step like: vaccine development ➡️ clinical trials ➡️ approval ➡️ production ➡️ distribution. It goes vaccine development ➡️ clinical trials and mass production ➡️ approval ➡️ distribution. Two steps done at the same time which is wasteful as there was obviously some vaccines that didn't work out so many were destroyed but it was the quickest and safest way to get a vaccination process. The clinical trials lasted the same amount of time they normally would for any other vaccine. Most vaccines take forever to be distributed because they sit in a long list just waiting for someone to give the go ahead.
+1 yI don't think any rational person thinks their is a tracking chip in it, what they are saying is that their are micro chips and powerful people want them to be used for covid vaccines (among other things). nypost.com/2021/04/12/microchip-developed-by-pentagon-to-detect-covid-19/
As well as comments by people like bill gates who want vaccine passports (and with bill gates at least funding one study attempting to create a microchip implant that would store your medical data and would potentially be useful in a vaccine passport (as it could be scanned to show you had a vaccine) these two things are conflated). That is why this conspiracy exists, its a legitamate concern that is being pushed by some, it may be over stated to a significant degree but its still a very real thing that could be forced on people if we are not careful (as even Biden if memory serves has mentioned a potential mandatory vaccine and/or vaccine passports which would be highly susceptible to corruption and political influence).014 Reply- +1 y
vaccine passports are a thing. You're legally mandated to get certain vaccines before travelling to certain countries
- +1 y
@nevernevernever Not within your own country. Not to go to your local grocery store. Not to be able to live your life. That is what they are demanding.
- +1 y
@hellionthesagereborn that kind of vaccine documentation requirements not really a new concept within America either, it's just been a while since the last pandemic
- +1 y
It would be unlikely to require a vaccine passport to be able to go into stores. Though I and many people wouldn't appose it. That definitely infringes on rights and would require way too much effort. Having the vaccine to travel and info being on a vaccine passport should definitely be happening.
- +1 y
@nevernevernever No we have never had that before and it is illegal (not that legality has stopped the government before as almost everything they do is by definition illegal), so no we have not had that before. As for the last pandemic, we have had plenty, swine flu (higher mortality rate then coronavirus), bird flu (higher mortality rate then coronavirus), West Nile (higher mortality rate then coronavirus) etc. We have had a lot of out breaks, just because this time they have had an extreme over response to it compared to its actual threat level (provably if you look at the actual data), doesn't mean this time is worse (as far as the virus is concerned).
- +1 y
One, they are already pushing for it. Second, if you think they haven't been violating peoples rights then you have not been paying attention. We had millions of people lose their jobs because the government decided they where no longer allowed to work and feed their families. They illegally mandated that some businesses shut down but others be allowed to stay open (this is also illegal). They have made multiple mandates yet if the law does not go through congress (federal and state level) then it is by definition not a law and thus cannot be enforced, they have enforced these mandates anyway (the US does not have emergency power laws so their is no way around this fact).
As for application of vaccines for travel, that is also a rights violation as your dictating what a person can and cannot do with their own body which has already been deemed illegal (unless roe v wade is over turned) and is also a HIPAA violation and thus illegal. In addition their is no scientific evidence that supports the idea that this is necessary (any of it, the vaccine being mandatory for every one which was an idea floated around, the masks (which are scientifically proven to not be effective in preventing viral spread (virus's are much smaller then bacteria so this is probably why), to lockdowns). - +1 y
@hellionthesagereborn I was talking about with smallpox time.com/.../
- +1 y
@nevernevernever And again, it was not within the US it was at the borders of the US and its still being suggested for being allowed to go into businesses and things of that nature so again, this is not relevant.
- +1 y
Did you read the whole thing. It was also, although more patchily enforced, required to go to places of business, sporting events, etc. They even had doctors and a cop going door to door to check to make sure people had it
- +1 y
@nevernevernever Okay, Its still illegal and if one supports it then they also support revoking roe v wade, HIPPA laws etc. Its also still really really fucked up for some one to sit their and claim that another human being has to do what they say or else they are not allowed to live (because that is ultimately the price as you will not be allowed to work, be allowed to buy food etc.). Claiming immorality and illegal actions where taken before justifies them now is not a rational argument, doubly so considering your comparing a disease that had a 30% mortality rate vs. a disease that has a.3% mortality rate, so again, it is irrelevant.
- +1 y
First of all what do you think laws are? You say its immoral to force people to do things, do you think we can do whatever we want with no consequences right now? Second of all I'm not saying this is moral or just. But there is precedent, and these laws were fought, and the people that fought them lost and it was decided that the laws were constitutional. So it's not necessarily illegal, if you want to make a case for it being illegal you're going to have to dig a little deeper than "this is a new atrocity that's never been done before in america" America has committed far greater, legal atrocities on its populace. Like the dark time when we practiced eugenics and people were being sterilized without their consent because they were promiscuous. To say that America doesn't ever take away our freedoms for a perceived greater good, or even to say that that is illegal or unconstitutional is naive.
- +1 y
@nevernevernever Their are no laws that allow for this so I'm not sure what your arguing as it pertains to laws. As for the morality of it, slavery was legal, does that mean it was moral? Their are laws and their are the spirit of the law, the laws purpose is to protect the freedoms of the American people, that is the expressed purpose of laws in the US so while laws exist that restrict them, they are not in the spirit of the law (i. e. they violate our constitutional rights which take precedence over all other laws so any law that violates those are illegal no exception (the government still enacts them because they will never suffer the consequences for it, but they are still by definition illegal).
Third I never once said it was illegal or immoral to force people to do things, what I stated is that its immoral and illegal to violate a persons right to self autonomy i. e. to take away their rights when they have done nothing wrong simply because you decided that they don't deserve that right anymore. Again, it is illegal as it would require the over turning of roe v. wade (are you ready to do that? To demand that all abortions are illegal because Roe v. wade was based upon the laws of medical privacy and that it was illegal to mandate procedures or medical information thus making abortion defacto legal because you could not legally require patients or doctors to release information to prosecute it.). - +1 y
@nevernevernever Further more do you think its okay that I then mandate medical procedures for you? That I, who is not you and don't have to live with the consequences of my actions, get to tell you how you can and cannot live your life, what procedures you can and cannot have? See this is the problem with authoritarianism, authoritarians are fine with it so long as they are the ones dictating to others what they can and cannot do but once its them who are being forced to do something they don't like that is when they scream about how unfair it is. I believe you have the right to live your life as you see fit and I believe I have the right to live my life as I see fit. That is the difference, you don't think that, you think you should be able to live your life as you see fit and that I have to live my life as YOU see fit. That is not equality, that is by definition oppression, no matter what rational you use to justify it.
So again, it is illegal, I actually pointed that out in my original argument, just because the government broke the law (as it did with the federal reserve, as it did with every single gun law in existence which directly contradicts our constitution, as it did with hate speech/hate crime laws, as it did with this, as it did with the NSA illegal spying on American citizens, etc. etc.) doesn't mean its not illegal, it just means the American people allowed the government to break the law without repercussions. - +1 y
@nevernevernever So again, are you comfortable with me telling you what you can and cannot do? Are you fine with revoking roe v wade and HIPAA laws? I'm less annoyed by the clear violation of the law as I am with the clear hypocrisy of the claims made, if your not willing to have the same rules applied to you as you demand of others then what your doing is wrong and immoral by your standards not just mine (or the constitutions). So are you willing to have ME dictate to YOU how to live your life? Are you willing to have all of our laws and precedents revoked, again like Roe V Wade and HIPAA laws?
+1 yNo idea.

+1 yNo, there is no chip. Unless it’s liquid, there would be no way to insert it through a needle. It’s just a little dangerous with side effects for some.
The real problem is the Covid passports. The program is on the same platform that China already does with their citizens and that is scary. With one push of a button, the government would know everything.
Excerpt: China has already launched its own domestic equivalent of such a system, handing out digital certifications to any Chinese citizens who have received the vaccine. This is in addition to the other various elements of China’s “social credit system,” where citizens are scored based on social and public behavior, such as support or criticism of the government, and either get certain privileges or face restrictions as a result.
And China wants to control all this. Where each person is rated say 1-10 on how dangerous they are, who they support, are they vocal against government (Democrats), your hobbies, your everything.

That being said, as long as I have a choice and as long as it does not affect my ability to travel, I would rather not take the vaccine. Covid is a fairly new virus and I don't know the long term effects the vaccine can have on people. Our body's DNA changes based on everything it intakes. Opinion Owner+1 y@JamieLoves Oh, really? !! Just how do you make a chip, that is effective, to fit through a needle? And just how do you manage to get a chip in each dose from a multi-dose vial? That's ludicrous. It can't happen. Either you are lying about being a physician, or you are one screwy physician.
Opinion Owner+1 y@JamieLoves The issue is not can a chip be planted under your skin, but how to make it effective, and practical, to be planted using a multi-dose vial, and a syringe and needle. It can't be done. It's completely science fiction to think a chips can be planted in such a manner. First, the chip has to be effective, and a chip that would fit through a needle would have to be extremely small. Second, the vial would have to be made in such a manner, that a chip would come out in every dose extracted from the vial. That just can't be done. Any medical professional who gives injections knows this, or doesn't know enough about injections to know what they are talking about. I mean, come on. This is ludicrous. Any fool that believes this, first, please explain exactly how the chip can be so small to fit in a needle, and still be effective. Second, explain just how a multi-dose vial manages to have a chip go into each and every needle, when a dose is extracted from the vial. It's pure science fiction, idiotic conspiracy theory to think this can be done.

Opinion Owner+1 y@JamieLoves You can't explain it, because it's not possible to get chips our of a multi-dose vial, into various syringes, and inject them into people. You may talk like you know something about this, but you don't have any real idea. I've given many injections from multi-dose vials, and it simply is impossible to get a chip into every needle, and every syringe. It's absolute foolishness - and stupid conspiracy theory nonsense.

You can't inject a microchip as small as that. The needle used for the vaccine doesn't allow the installation of a microchip. That'd be a nanomachine level of small, and we are not THAT advanced yet.
Nanomachinery is still being worked on, but not a widespread tech yet.10 ReplyI think it's going to be something else after they finish with these vaccines. What these vaccines are doing though is making your body compatible for the microchip. The ones after these vaccines will definitely contain nanites. In fact people are already technically got those things anyway against their consent.

First of all every one of us has been tracked for years already at the onset of the digital computer world so why even consider one so difficult to control. Shit facebook alone you can track a person down to everytime they pee (usually because they can't help themselves and tell us) lol

+1 yI wouldn't be surprised, but I simply do not know. The technology is probably there already. Everything else who knows.
That being said - the bigger issue with the vaccine is the lackluster long-term research. Normal vaccines take 5+ years for that, somtimes even more than 10 years. And that is with the standard vaccine and not mRNA technology. Everyone taking it is allowing themselves to become a labrat.07 Reply- +1 y
mRNA has been tested for over a decade ☺️ waiting for approval is what takes the longest after testing a vaccine on people.
- +1 y
mRNA as a general practice? Yes.
mRNA in a specific vaccine for a specific virus? No. - +1 y
They don't test vaccines for specific viruses that long... If they did we wouldn't have a new flu vaccine every year?
- +1 y
Read up on the usual vaccines testing. They do. Influenca is an exception, because it is a yearly occurance that we already know inside out and just has minimal mutations.
Read here written by the actual government: www.health.ny.gov/.../science.htm
"The creation of a vaccine involves scientists and medical experts from around the world, and it usually requires 10 to 15 years of research before the vaccine is made available to the general public. The first step of this extensive process involves several years of laboratory research, in which scientists and researchers identify an antigen that can prevent a disease."
- +1 y
Yup and that also proves my point. The vaccine type was tested for a decade, then covid came along and they tested it with the antigen. Then proceeded with EUA so they can test the vaccine on people and mass produce it at the same time.
- +1 y
It does not prove your point. Just because the general technology being researched doesn't make it applicable to a new form of virus.
Has there been previous mRNA vaccines? No.
Has there been a previous serious corona virus outbreak? No.
Do we have any long-term research on how mRNA vaccines will affect the individual? No.
If you think differently, you are free to provide actual sources. Else you are just a mere shill. - +1 y

What's wrong with it? It just helps you fight a virus like any other vaccine...
- +1 y
Well, the EU banned the AZ vaccines because they were causing blood clots.. Not to mention the J & J vaccines were put on hold and some how put back on the market.. And we really didn't need a vaccines honestly.. The virus has a 99.998% survival rate for the general population, and the CDC say back in October that only 6% of the so called Covid deaths could be attributed to "Covid" itself.. Not to mention the mRNA "vaccines". It's designed so that the mRNA will be reprogramed to instruct the cells to generate the same protein spikes found in the CoViD-19 virus. This will have the effect of producing symptoms matching the effects of the virus itself, resulting in an auto-immune response, in which the body’s immune system will start attacking its own healthy tissues in targeting the embedded spike proteins planted there. I will take my chances as a pretty healthy male who works out all the time.. 😌
- +1 y
Yes that shows they are monitoring the situation and looking into issues. We do need the vaccines, just because the death rate is low doesn't mean there aren't other issues associated with getting the virus. It affects most people long term. Plus the spread rate is high especially among young people. Provide a link where the cdc said that?
What you are saying has been debunked. www.oregonlive.com/.../...os-claims-are-bogus.html don't believe facebook videos. - +1 y
No it shows that the so called vaccines faulty.. If there's this many issues in the short months it's been out imagine the long term issues.. And no we don't need this faulty vaccine, or probably any vaccines.. There are no long term issues with the virus, and if there are it's very very rare.. And highly doubt it since the main test they use which are the PCR test are not really that reliable which even the W. H. O admits..
And.. LOL.. I read the article, and all it did was say some unnamed experts says that "it's not true".. 😂.. That's not debunking.. Like many "factcheckers" all they do is explain away claims and half heartedly maybe explain how the process works.. But nothing was debunked.. All the did was say "It's not true" And I'll provide you with the Link.. - +1 y

That's about covid itself not the vaccine?
- +1 y
It’s about the spike protein alone which is the basis of the vaccines we’re using. There’s evidence of the spike protein alone causing the same damage as the virus itself in some non-human animals. That’s what that study is showing. We can’t possibly know the long term effects of the vaccine, we do have some idea of the short and long term effects of the virus. So the question about taking the vaccine is a risk assessment that I believe should be made by each individual American.
- +1 y
Long term effects of vaccines are almost non existent after 6 months
- +1 y
That’s not long term, nor would the long term effects of the disease itself be noticeable in 6 months. Long term is in reference to something more like decades. Particularly in relation to telomeres. The danger of a virus that you survive and get over is that they cause cells to replicate losing some of your effective long term limit. The problem with new research like this is that it seems to indicate that the new vaccines can cause the same problems.
These vaccines are brand new and we have no idea what risks there are to this new style, and the fact that new research like this is being published should be the subject of a major public conversation but it’s not because people are acting as though there’s no risk to these new vaccines when we know that normal vaccines which have been used for a century have risks. Pretending that there’s no risk to this novel form of vaccine is sophomoric at best, and disingenuous at worst. - +1 y
They've studied mRNA for over a decade. So it's not "brand new". The risks of the virus itself are worse than the vaccine.
- +1 y
We’ve known about and have been studying mRNA for over 70 years. This is the first vaccine which has been synthesized using it which is being given to humans. It could be the case that everything is good about it and there’s no risks, but that’s not certain, and the fact that you can say that the benefits outweigh the risks so plainly seems to me to be a failure of imagination.
If you want to take the vaccine that’s all well and good and your prerogative as a grown adult living in a free country. if you believe that the benefits outweigh the risks for you then that’s all well and good. That’s a determination you’ve made. I’m merely pointing out that there are risks that you’re not accounting for. - +1 y
Crap see update accidentally wrote my reply there 😂
- +1 y
Got it. Your second link opened, “error not found”. The former states that mRNA studies with non-human animals have been ongoing for a decade or two and human trials with various vaccines have been used for a few years. I believe the issue you’re pointing out with my comment was my use of “the first” when I should’ve said, “the first at scale”. The fact that they just pulled the J&J vaccine and reinstated it should be evidence alone that we don’t know a whole lot about them, but like I said to each their own. Everyone has to make their own risk assessment and based on your comment I’d likely make the same assessment of benefit vs risk. I’m just going to play the fly on the wall while much of this plays out. There was a time, after all, that we thought thalidomide was safe. I see sufficient risk, or rather lack of certainty about potential risks, to decide not to get it anytime soon.
When you start growing a third arm from the vaccine we’ll know who’s right 😂 - +1 y
Have you read the disclaimers? 😐
- +1 y
I see a lot of people using it to prove the vaccines caused x many deaths but that's not what the data is showing at all.
- +1 y
But it's not a reliable source to make any conclusions.
- +1 y
Well how do you think conclusions are made? You view all the available evidence and are either convinced of the proposition in question or are not. This VAERS reporting is, in my estimation, an evidence in support of the conclusion that there is “some danger... that many are failing to address or acknowledge.” I don’t know anyway around that from a logical perspective. That piece of evidence may not lead you to the conclusion that the vaccine is wrong for you, but it is certainly a point that should be considered.
- +1 y
Sure if you only look at VAERS you can come to that conclusion. But when you compare it to other sources the side effects are pretty standard vaccine side effects.
+1 yTracking chip? No. Do I think it's still an experimental drug that only has emergency authorization and hasn't been properly studied? Yup
226 Reply- +1 y

- +1 y
EUA just means the vaccine for covid was tested at the same time of mass production
- +1 y
New types of vaccines need to be tested for a long time obviously. Not every vaccine. Otherwise how would we have a new flu vaccine every season?
- +1 y
Also, Salk Institute just released a study that the COVID protein spikes cause tissue and vascular damage even without the virus being present.
- +1 y
Yeah all the more reason to get vaccinated?
- +1 y
The vaccine causes your cells to make and release the COVID spike protein. https://www. cdc. gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/mrna. html#:~:text=COVID-19%20mRNA%20vaccines%20give, virus%20that%20causes%20COVID-19.

- +1 y
Yeah there's side effects to vaccines? Kinda obvious...
- +1 y
Yes. And normally you can hold makers liable if a vaccine is killing people. But Pfizer and Moderna negotiated 100% civil immunity for these vaccines. These vaccines could give you a 75% chance of cancer but you could not sue them. You also cannot appeal to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program like a vaccine. https://www.hrsa.gov/vaccine-compensation/faq
- +1 y
They haven't been liable since 1988
- +1 y
According to 42 U. S. Code § 300aa–22, "No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings."

- +1 y
The PREP act was 2020 and provide very different immunity from the 1988 act.
www.phe.gov/.../...y-for-COVID-19-Vaccinators.aspx
Your act cited immunity except for a few things. The 2020 act gave them immunity except for Willful Misconduct.
"Under the PREP Act, a qualified person is a covered person. Except for willful misconduct, a covered person is immune from lawsuits and liability under federal and state law with respect to all claims for loss resulting from the administration or use of a covered countermeasure, such as a COVID-19 vaccine, if they meet criteria stated in a declaration under the PREP Act issued for the health emergency or threat and covered countermeasure." - +1 y
Yep and?
- +1 y
All I'm saying is it's not a new thing to do
- +1 y
They explicitly changed it from the 1988 standard so that the COVID vaccine makers could only be sued for willful misconduct. That's pretty heavy.
- +1 y
And fair enough. If you read the article that you posted it'll tell you that by doing that it's made the vaccine cheaper which makes it far more beneficial for the govt to distribute.
- +1 y
Yes. We could probably make quite a few products cheaper by eliminating liability except for willful neglect.
- +1 y
Sounds perfect
- +1 y
Interesting. Would you be interested in buying cheaper food, or driving cheaper cars, living in cheaper housing, or working in cheaper buildings, knowing that the producer could not be liable for defects except for willful negligence?
- +1 y
See, if you accidentally do something dumb and contaminate food, that could be sued as negligence. For willful negligence, if you bought a product and it harmed you, it wouldn't matter if the company was shown negligent/sloppy. You would have to prove they deliberately chose to be negligent.
- +1 y
Do you know how hard it is to contaminate food without wilful neglegence? Have you ever worked in food? Everyone knows the rules if you break them that is wilful neglegence. You know that if you cut ready to eat vegetables on a board you just cut raw chicken on that there is a chance you could give someone food poisoning.
I'm not bothered with sueing companies tbh. Most of the time it's user error but companies just settle to make them stfu
