Is the COVID vaccine the "Mark of the Beast"?

If you are not familiar with all the different strands of Christianity, this may seem like a strange question to you.
According to the bible scriptures, it says, “It causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: anyone with decent understanding should calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.”

If we are going to go with a mark of the beast theory we'd have to define some criteria. Like what would the mark of the beast do? What would it be for? What kind of implications would it have, etc.

So what would it do? We are all human, we have souls and the human genetic code. Pfizer and Moderna change your biological cells to be something non human thus leaving a genetic mark on your body at least for a while. Ill leave the debate on which term this genetic code stays in your body to the experts since it seems to soon to call. Some claiming its genetic mutation, others claiming this would not effect the DNA and thus its only temporary changes.

Then the mark of the beast implicates not being able to trade and stuff, that part holds up to it. Given your not allowed to properly partake in society without participating in this new evil system that tries to limit your freedom.

So we on one hand have something that leaves a mark on your genetic code, and on the other hand a restrictive system that requires it. To me that is the closest to this prophecy we have ever come, and i will absolutely refuse to partake in it for ethical reasons.

Is it the literal mark of the beast though? I doubt such a thing exists, but analogy wise it lines up.

Not sure about all the mark of the beast, Christian symbology, but what is happening is should have people asking very sinister questions about where society is heading, if not very sinister indeed.

We hear that in the UK these vaccine passports will be used for non-essential shops and services in June. Effectively, it's looking very likely that you won't be able to attend your workplace in the not too distant future if you don't subscribe to this , well, wickedness.

I am not sure exactly what the mark of the beast is but I believe those who carry the mark do not respect the teachings of Justice (for head) and do not consider the welfare of their fellow human beings (right hand). As for what the mark is, it might be a symbol for bias or idolatry or egotism where people worship themselves by basing their social status on vanities (forehead) or worshiping themselves by putting other people down (right hand).

I don't believe in the concept of heaven or hell. In the sense of a soul leaving our body after death.

But anyone who knows the God and the scriptures should know that humans can't control the will of God. If covid vaccine stopped people from entering into heaven that would mean man is more powerful than God.

The strongest argument for the COVID vaccine not being the mark of the beast is that there isn’t just one definite vaccine being used world wide. Many countries created their own and are even exporting them to other countries. Even here in the US we have multiple COVID vaccines.

The Mark of the beast is supposed to be one definite mark for everyone in the world. My guess is that it can either be a pledge of some sort, a vaccine for a future pandemic or an implant of some sort.

In the old Hebrew bible (from which Christians copied most of their bible) it's a mark that "sits on the head"

No. The scripture you referenced describes the mark as a name or number representing a name on the forehead or right hand. A shot administered on the upper arm doesn’t match up to that at all.

The fact it alters genetic code in your RNA, and in one vaccines case your DNA. So genetic mutation to potentially no longer make you human if it sticks and is permanent. Besides the requirements for digital identification that you had it and thus be part of a more authoritarian system rather than refuse to partake in it. None of this happened with prior vaccines which tend to be based on a weakened version of the disease.

@sawno That is NOT how the vaccine works. I'm guessing you never took any college level biology courses. Digital identification? I went to a drug store showed them my driver's license so they could make sure I was in the correct age category. They took down my name and phone number and gave me the vaccine and gave me a hand written vaccine card. I have a common first and last name. There are 27 men in my age bracket with my exact name that live in my state. There is no digital record of my vaccination other than the drug store having someone with my name and my number (burner phone) scheduled for dose 2 next week. Our governor has outlawed vaccine passports so that's not an issue either. Not that it would matter but there is no government record of my vaccination.
