Is there a tablet I can take that will help me tolerate the covid vaccine as im very severely needle phobic?

Seriously, you are 30 years old and you have a needle phobia? The needle they use for that vaccine is smaller than an IV needle. I could come and punch you in the face BUT NO ONE is going to give you a Valium because it's just silly. The lingering side effects of that Valium long exceed having a shot. Put on your big boy panties and get it done.

Lots of people have needle phobia that are older than me, your not very understanding

There are lots of drugs like that. Most are prescription. I can't think of anything over the counter other than alcohol. You might want to ask a pharmacist about it.

Also ask the place where you intend to get the shot.

When I got my first shot, I didn't even feel it. If I had been looking away I literally would not have known when they did it. I felt the second shot a little more, but that was probably because I wanted it in the other arm, so I had to twist around and their angle was a little weird.

The shot only takes a few seconds.

If the problem is the needle and not the vaccine, my prescription is a few shots of Scotch whisky and a designated driver. And look away when the needles come out. I have a fear of needles and I was a blood donor; I just looked the other way when she started to stick me.

I hate needles too. I just relax and think about other things like sex and look the other way. It will be all over in two seconds.
