Do white people get scum in their skin?

I am a brown guy (Indian)
Sometimes when I haven't showered in a while, on rubbing my skin I will get a little bit of scum or dirt (which is skin itself, dead skin cells probably)
I was curious if white people also got it or maybe its just a non-white problem?
It doesn't happen with dry skin, it happens with wet moisturized skin

Yes, especially in the areas we're I cannot reach to exfoliate to slough off those dead skin cells.

Everyone’s regardless of race are constantly shedding dead skin cells. We all have oils that we secrete and we all get dirty. I’ve never naturally look like you picture, but I’ve gone like a week or so in the wood backpacking getting dirty, sweaty and not bathing. In events like that if I do not bath for a long time I can rub the dead skin off with the dirt and oils with a bit of applied pressure and get something like that.

Those are normal. Humans sheds dead skin cell, they don't always come right off so when you rub your skin these grimes comes off. The only people who don't get them are the really really really beautiful hot guwrls. Like Adriana Lima.

Well in western culture most people shower daily. Not sure what not a while is for you. I’d imagine if anyone isn’t cleaning themselves daily then they may get this.

It doesn’t show that much because I’m white but yeah if you don’t take a shower it will build up

I mean I doo shower properly but sometimes after taking a shower when my skin is still wet, and I rub it with my fingers, these things will appear 🙁
