Yeah, train for strength, that way your volume isn't crazy over the top, like 5 sets of 5 with your 7-8 rep max, I think that's supposed to build strength without tiring yourself out.
Train your naturally weaker muscles that don't get as much work, like abductors, adductors and glute medias, as they can contribute in your bigger lifts, I try to work them directly when I do legs.
Squeeze in a bit more direct core work when you're working your legs, I've heard your core everyday and there's loads of different muscles there, like if you don't normally train your obliques when doing core work, through that in leg day too, because all muscles matters.
Stretch out or massage your muscles after you're done, I think you can get a massage gun, although I've never tried it before, so who knows.

well... you know sometimes you just gotta do shit that isn't enjoyable. maybe focus on the feeling of accomplishment and pride you get after doing something you did not enjoy but that had to be done.
Are you kidding? Leg day is the best day of the week. That’s how I blow off steam. Yeah, it fucking hurts. But it’s a good hurt.
I have the same problem. Just keep picturing that dump truck when you’re working out lol. It’ll come eventually.

leg day and shoulder days are little bit easier with music only no any other options 😅
Your lower posterior chain is the longest group of muscles in your body. Any day you lift should include squats an deadlift or power cleans.
You burn the most calories when you do legs. It’s the easiest way to stay in peak shape.No one enjoy leg day and no one will ever will but the fact that you will be having beautiful legs if u do leg day is all worth it

I don't suffer from this. But must admit I don't crazy the legs.Just say Lightweight Baby... to the weights and the leg day will become so enjoyable for you..😅😅
Usually I superset legs with bis and tris. My heartrate get elevated and my legs get a little bit of a rest.
