Fast metabolism, I have two cousins that are like that. Super skinny even though their diet consist of fast food. Lol

Unless she's eating low-calorie dense foods while maintaining a caloric balance or going into a caloric deficit, I believe it's because her body metabolizes nutrients more efficiently & effectively than others. How active is she?
