What can I substitute for grade b maple syrup?

ok so, I decided to try the lemonade diet (master cleanser) but I'm really having a hard time finding grade b maple syrup here in Philippines, I currently live here and I already went all over the supermarkets and organic shops but I can't find it. so, do you guys and girls have any idea if there's an substitute for grade b maple syrup for that diet? thanks!

Cleanses don't do anything, apart from calorie crash and water loss do to low carb.

If you really have a lot of weight to lose, look into lyle macdonalds rapid fat loss if you want to do it quickly.

Maple syrup is basically sugar, its not really what you need if you're trying to lose weight.

If you want to just rid your body of toxins, cut out your liver and grow a new one.

I won't 'sugar coat' this... but it's ridiculous. You probably read some crazy information off the internet. The best was to cleanse yourself is start drinking lots of water and eat healthier foods, the less processed and less preservatives the better. I believe doing a so-called cleanse is actually worse for your body.

Honey is similar to syrup and it's healthier. Not sure how that'd fit into your diet, though.
