Here in New England , along with wonderous spring, also comes Maple Syrup Season! <--- (Informative Article)
We made it a few times when we were younger but it actually takes a lot of work!
From Informative Article:
"Boiling sap into maple syrup generally takes several hours to a full day, depending on the volume and heat source, as you must evaporate roughly 40 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of syrup. Small batches (e. g., 2 gallons) can take 3–8 hours, while larger, multi-gallon batches can take 12+ hours."
But it is so definitely some of the sweetest work ever!, and so I ask, Anyone ever make Maple Syrup?
