No artificial added sugar is good for the body. The sugar you get from milk, and other natural products, is good enough for your body.

Opt for natural honey. the one in the market is not that good, my dad says. Village sourced honey will do the job.👍

Then i suggest you to avoid sugar as much as you can. I had cut sugar from my diet. I only add a bit of sugar to my oats, also i avoid sugary beverages, including coffee. You can't avoid natural healthy sugar.
