I never gain weight so I don't have to lose any but I am not very fit atm. I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago cause a guy jumped into me and I landed on his foot. And that made me even less active then I got Covid vacine and was chilling in bed for 2 days. I wanna get back to working out a bit when my foot is doing well again :) On the 20th my foot should be healed and I'll go to practise again and on the 27th I have my second shot then I'll take a break and on the 30th we have a game.
I'll see how I do. I wanna be safe. My ankles are kinda vulnerable my dad had a problem with them as well so I need to be careful.
Stuck doing extra coverage (government contract) for said superbug I gained about ten to fifteen pounds, give or take just sitting there doing almost nothing... I lost about six pounds of it so far this week finally , walking and sweating it off when I was finally able to do so
Yes it is , my current assignment involves a decent amount of walking so it pays off
I've been fighting the battle with my weight and the scale since before covid started!
My weight constantly yo-yos up and down: I'll get close to my ideal weight, then I gain weight. So I lose it again, only for it to go back up x amount of months later :|
It's a vicious cycle. But no, due to my job, I worked through covid and am on my feet and active most of the time. I also go to the gym and exercise daily, so that helps a lot. My main issue is diet more than anything; I need to work on being stricter on what I eat.
I lost some weight even before covid started but then I gained it back. I was losing weight but not in a healthy way. I wasn't eating much and my family was concerned about me. I gained the weight back but it's not fat. I don't gain fat very easily. I'd probably have to eat tons of calories or have an insane amount of added sugar for that to happen
ohh you strong now ;)

I gained for 2 months then lost them for 8 months
I literally became a couch potato for two months... then my sister told me or rather reminded me of my beautiful figure that I had before Covid, which left guys drooling and girls itching...
I got my motivation and started to workout... Again I am in my usual figure...
Slim and beautiful
I was pretty active during the Government-mandated lock-UP. I had been job searching and spending time with my folks last year. And earlier this year, I went from 36x36 jeans down to 34x34 because of my job this year. But during that period of imPRISONMENT, I didn't gain any weight from the time I spent idle.
I actually lost weight once the pandemic hit last march. It was due to depression and an on and off ED. I wanted to lose the extra pounds tho. I've been successfully maintaining my healthy weight since February this year.
Sometimes I still get these tendencies but I've been doing a lot better this year for sure!
I didn't put weight on. I was working hard. Keeping the country running.
While a good chunk of the population were on benefits and furlough, getting a fat flabby arse with endless takeaways and rotting in front of the computer.
I didn't put on too much - or not noticeable so. I don't weigh myself, but a couple of pairs of trousers were starting to fit a little more snug. Now they fit back like before.
So I guess whatever I gained, I lost again.
I lost weight during the pandemic lol. Went from 205 to 187-189. Floated back up to 195. Cutting back down to the 180s now. I'm shooting for a sharp 180
The opposite, for me. During covid, I didn't work, so I had a lot more time to exercise and cook. So I lost a lot of weight during covid. Now I'm gaining weight. :(
Trying to start this week bt my fam is already bringing me
fast food for lunch. Like wtf i done told y'all
Lol I'm super behind on it too. It's only been a few weeks since I started trying to lose it. I feel like I'm extremely late when things have been back open for over a year now lol. I don't even know what my excuse has been during all the time after the lock-down situation was over.
Lol we have no excuse 🤣 i just was tired after work and didn't wanna make a move
I put on weight for the best I used to be 47kg which was very unhealthy, from COVID lockdown I got up to 58kg I finally feel healthy
I did not gain that much weight. I am always around 120 and have always been this way for the longest time.
I lost around 75lbs in 3 months being stuck in one place because of Covid.
In a coma in ICU.
Get vaccinated. Sanitise. Wear a mask.
Covid is not over… so haven’t lose any.. prob. still gaining 😔
no, they made us go back to work. back and forth, back and forth.
but I am not as active as pre covid.
by the time i'm done with work... there is more online work from home.
So covid in essence, made us do even more work. :( stress caused weigh gain.
I lost weight during covid and I’m still losing. I’ve been working hard 💪
For the most part yes , I am just happy i am motivated again
Yea exercising and dieting isn’t easy , it’s all mind control , and pushing yourself to do it , there are days I do skip it but then I would kick myself in the ass for skipping it , which I learned to stop doing , I mainly listen to my body , if my body is telling me to rest then more than likely I am going to rest , it’s when you push yourself to much that it becomes bad and then you end up injured , so the way I look at it as long as I get 4 or 5 days a week in is good for me
Actually I lost weight when I caught Covid and it took a good week or 2 until I could really eat then I gained my weight back
I actually never lost my taste it’s just I don’t throw up very well so I think it’s as much a mental thing as anything else I didn’t throw up or even come close to throwing up but I did feel nauseous I pretty much survived off of watermelon and a little chicken noodle soup
Some say it's a curse, others say it's a blessing... I cannot change my weight! I've remained a 126 lbs for years! I'm thankful, but it's really weird.
No not yet but it’s a real good excuse to over eat isn’t it? What else are we gonna do besides enjoy a nice good fancy meal for that one meal a day that I eat LOL
no, cause i still can't go to the gym without wearing masks and having a vaccine passport or a daily corona test.
thanks for saying that... cause all you're told here is that you're a egoistic prick that doesn't give a fuck for other peoples health if you don't wear a mask (which is mandated by the way) and if you don't have the vaccine. you can not go to closed public spaces without a mask... but at least i still managed not to get that questionable vaccine. though my government is slowly but surely making it more and more impossible to get by without it.
i don't want this vaccine, cause nobody knows about the side effects and long term implications. i would much rather just get corona. i'm not scared of it. why would i? almost nobody that's under 60 died to it.
" i don't want this vaccine, cause nobody knows about the side effects and long term implications. i would much rather just get corona. i'm not scared of it. why would i? almost nobody that's under 60 died to it. "
At least someone is thinking in all this...
Most of the population are a bunch of comatose retards.
@Levin i think it's unfair to blame people considering this massive psychological warfare that's going on right now. mass hysteria is a thing and they are litterally playing social psychology by the book to fear monger people, to separate them and to indoctrinate them with their scientifially unfounded ideas.
I didn't experience any weight gain due to COVID-19 because I am an essential worker. I didn't have the luxury to stay home. I had to be in the thick of it
I lost it but have put a little back on. Back on the horse tomorrow.
I live on a farm, so I just went outside and walked around.
Good way to get outside and in nature.
No but it wasn't Covid but the heart condition that stopped me doing anything for a couple of months
Yeah it was more of an annoyance, to be fair I did my best to keep working even when I was in hospital hooked to a drip and an egc machine
Thank you for your concern by the way
I live to work as I'm self-employed and as I put it at the time I'd rather be dead than stop work
Thank you
👍👍
Yep I gained a little. Now I'm losing it at the tune of a half a pound a day
I kept to the same weight throughout, I stayed active running etc, and don't get into junk food and the like anyway.
Whoops I mean to pick the poll of I didn't gain weight. I'm surprisingly fit by nature , or stature 🙃
I just don’t gain weight in general but I have become fitter now that I can work out again.
Certainly made sure I did not put on weight , a sorry excuse quite frankly , lifestyle should not have added additional weight , thats just poor food choices , especially if at a young age.
I gained some weight during lockdown, I started a diet plane and now I hope to loose extra pounds
Well, I lost a lot of muscle mass form not working out that I did not get back yet xD
I didn't gain any extra weight. In UK, we were allowed out for exercise and to go food shopping.
Option E - I lost weight and started working out regularly 💪
I lost weight during the lockdowns. Became the only cook in a restaurant. So much stress and extra work i lost 15 pounds in two months.
My weight seems to be stable but I tend to lose a pound here and there I'm glad I didn't gain a lot of weight cause I'm trying to reach my goal
Yeah I gained like 20pounds over quarantine but I lost it and got a 6 pack
Gym opened a week ago! After 6 months I’ve started 2 days ago. I’m on a whole plant based diet.
I still gain a stomach because of the BS lockdowns
I’m trying to figure out what I’ve been eating that’s made me so bloated and I found out it was beer
Well I should be flat as a board again soon since I cut it 😄
I actually lost 30 pounds during covid. Never gained it back.
Yeah I just ate really well and my meds also really helped.
I was lucky, the only weight I put on was muscle, I ramped up my lifting while in lockdown and we couldn't do BJJ
Only covid muscle, from using my home gym more often 😗
I am still pretty much what I was before all this covid mess started.
I'm a hermit like introvert as is. But i stuggle to lose weight even working out 30 min to 1 hour a day
Never got shut completely down, so I don't have covid weight
I gained a few. Back to to the diet for me!
It’s tough! I try to eat more high protein/low fat foods and lots of fruit and veg.
I am unable to lost my weight, i just want to lose only 10 pounds.
I put on a bit of weight.
I was always in the house anyway but I never gained weight covid didn't make much difference
Yes I lost half my body weight almost
My mom forced me to cut down on alcohol and food
Yeah like over 200 lbs plus
I was feeling pretty sick and my mother did hurt my feelings but I think it was for the better
I maintained my weight throughout the lockdown.
I exercised and watched what I ate, for the most part. I live in the country so exposure to people was minimal.
Of anything I've lost weight during covid
Not really i was off tablets after a long time taking anti depressents and last year my body was back normal i lost quiet abit weight
Yes i weighed 10 stone before anti depressents after few years taking em weight went up to 16 stone and a half
I weigh just under 14 stone so lost about 2 stone and a half

My weight stayed around the same the entire time.
I did not gain any weight!
I never experienced being stuck in the house.
I was sick with Covert for 19 months
