Anaerobic can aerobic exercise may be the reason you’re not seeing gains. Or maybe it’s volume over weight that’s the problem…regardless if you are doing this for men, they don’t want thunder thighs, toned muscles are perfect. They don’t have to be huge.

If you are 18, give yourself more time till you are 20, that’s when hormones drive serious fat deposition around the butt and hips for some women. You have to eat seriously if you wanna add some fat on that ass. Serious squats + healthy balanced diet with lean protein + healthy fats.

Maybe that is your genes. Do you have enough protein?
Or you could just stay skinny?
Do nothing. You will get thicker thighs.
Leg workouts should be enough with a proper diet.
