The tip is wayyyy to sensitive?

Whenever it comes to stimulation down there, the tip is way to sensitive. So sensitive it's painful and I have to stop right away. It sucks, it just makes sex painful and terrible. And cause it's so painfully sensitive I can't finish at all most of the time. The shaft part is fine but the tip is too painful. No I know I don't have an infection and I doubt it's a STD. I've had this problem for awile.

The tip is supposed to be sensitive. Certain types of stimulation can be overstimulating. Try using more lubrication and or switching up your technique.

Can your shaft skin move at all while you're hard? Circumcisions come in a wide range of tightness, and the scar line can be placed in different places. The frenulum can be kept or removed.

It can, most of the time. But not by much. Some of the time pretty much not at all

It could be that the skin pulling on the glans is creating small tears that cause pain when they're rubbed or exposed to lube (natural or synthetic). It's also possible it's beeing rubbed too much by your underwear. What kind of underwear do you wear?

Boxer briefs. Or something. Boxers but a bit tighter

Tight briefs or boxer briefs that keep everything from moving around help. Does it seem like your glans might have small tears or somewhat raw spots?

No tears. But I have no idea about raw spots. I'm colorblind

They can also have a different texture than the rest of the glans. On a circumcised penis there's a layer of what's called keratin that builds up to protect the glans from constant rubbing and exposure to the air. That layer of keratin can shed or get "worn through" sometimes. It can appear as a more smooth or semi-glossy spot on the glans.
