For me, mostly running & yoga.
I use yoga to get both the physical & mental aspects that it offers.
But, running is my real jam, I'm just like the stupid hamster on the wheel that just keeps going & going, lol.
I like walking the best. Especially outside. It keeps me interested because there’s so many things to see while going on a walk.
The twinky lift or snickers hurdles are good stuff. At thanks giving I pulled of a double leg bone curl. I know I have accomplished something good when I get the meat sweats.
Clear and easy choice for me. If some other sports were options then I may of chosen one of those. Jogging would be last

I only have experience with weight-lifting and running. Between the two I like weight-lifting better. I do want to try yoga one day.
I forgot swimming was on here. I enjoy that more than weight-lifting
Weight training and cycling. Yoga is fun too, good for stretching before and after workouts.
