You should really question your initial reason when you went into that 'healthy lifestyle' before pandemic. The fact that you even have time to worry about how people perceive your body now is already a huge alert. The whole world is falling apart and you're thinking about how people see you in your state. Just relax. Don't be too hard on yourself.
I tend to eat junk food when I worked at my previous workplaces. It's just easier and faster. I snacked a lot too.
But now that I stay at home and work at home, I actually eat healthier food and rarely have cravings for junkfood or snacks. I eat more veggies, eat less meat, and drink more water. Eventually, I lost some weights without actually aiming for that. I probably ate junks cause I got too stressed at work.
There's always a reason behind that 'not sticking to commitment' bit. You might want to dig deeper.
I personally don't judge people for their weight gain or loss. Everyone has their own struggle.
Im gonna get roasted for this, but I admit I pity- judge people who've gained a lot of weight in covid.
I don't assume a change in intelligence/ work ethic but I feel bad that if they want 'their body back' it's an upward battle that someone with a better metabolism wouldn't have.
Can't say I do not judge people on weight gain in general... but I have dated some full figured ladies in my life time... not obese though. They were vary attractive ladies... but no I would not make exception to quarantining. COVID or not I still got out and did my thing to stay healthy.
Not really because it is pretty much a given. That and a lot of people are super critical of themselves. So why should I pile more judgment on top all the negative judgment they are dishing out on themselves?

I would never judge someone for that, especially after a lockdown. It’s been so stressful for us, please don’t feel bad or ashamed, we’ve had such a difficult time the past few years it’s totally normal to gain weight!
I have a belly like yours and it's something that makes me quite ashamed sometimes I go down the street and think: oh my god, everyone is going to think I'm a degenerate or they'll notice that I'm super thin and with a big belly.
but I know that it is very difficult to lower the stomach and there is nothing wrong with taking a break sometimes.
But that is how most people look like, just avarege look. How can they judge if they fat themselves. And the ones who are fit and in shape they are just different breed.
Judging? No. Envying, more like. I've lost so much weight during this mess that none of my belts are small enough any more, and I had to jury-rig a pair of suspenders.
No, not really. Though, I've actually lost a lot of weight during quarantine.
I always judge people and it’s stupid not to. As for me, I judge fat people in both a positive and negative light.
First of all, I find being obese attractive. But unfortunately it’s unhealthy.
Wow you were hot! Well I have weight issues myself so I don't judge others. Trying to lose weight right now and i'm not really succeeding. For some reason I get skinnier but my weight stays the same...
1st pic good looking2pic meh not getting me aroused, just avarage looking like everyone else.
No, although I'm not the one to judge others for their weight period.
A lot of people gained weight during quarantine, so no.
It doesn't matter if people think you're lazy. The important thing is how you feel about yourself and general wellness. Working out is not about your body, it is about your wellbeing in general. You can always start all over again. Good luck
I wish you were my girlfriend so I could run with you.
No, but I judge the shit out of myself whenever I do.
Most people only judge themselves and we are harder on ourselves that anyone would be on us
No, I put on a few pounds myself.
No, I never did that nor would I at any time.
Nope. I am not an asshole.
The pandemic, changed things
The only person I judge is myself
I only judge myself
