A little backstory I lost like 10-15 pounds from 150-135/140 pounds (I’m tall though) and some family members pointed it out and were like “you look good at this weight. Stay at this weight.” WTF!
I was never heavy to begin with.
Fast forward a couple years after the initial weight loss and I lost even more and went to like 125 pounds.
I became really self conscious about my weight and over exercised, counted calories like crazy and restricted eating and felt tired, and only went outside if I deemed I looked good enough to.
Why aren’t people more careful when commenting on weight when it’s VERY possible this person is experiencing body dysmorphia and possible and ED…?
Look at it from different perspective. Can you force other people to say or not specific things? You can't.
Expecting others to be aware of your insecurities also dosnt work. But there is one thing you have an impact on. Yourself. You can change the way you perceive yourself, you can change the way how you see you your body. If you accept it and feel OK with it, or you are constantly unhappy and strive for not existing perfection.
It requires a lot of work to accept and love our bodies the way they are. But when you get there, no comments will make you feel insecure of self-conscious.
If you have problems with intrusive thoughts about your body, gaining weight or if your eating habits are not getting better (starving, vomiting) please contact psychiatrist or psychologist. In such cases professional help is needed.

Don't worry about the comments of other people. I don't know your real height, but your weight is in a very acceptable health range. It is good to be concerned about your body and exercise, but all with the goal of gaining health not because of any concern about remarks from other people. Just do what feels good for your body and mind.
I think it's not bad & that we might only perceive it that way due to insecurity. So in this case, it's not them. It's you. You've got stuff to work on not them.
They're trying to be nice, but don't realize that it ironically does the opposite. Usually people's intentions aren't bad, so try to not take it personally.

Some people are not aware of this, they think they are doing a good thing by saying such sentences, but they end up causing worse things. Yes, people should be more careful about this issue, such sentences can lead a person to not love their body or to eat too little, even to anorexia.
