Wash hands when changing a diaper?

Okay, we all know that we're supposed to wash our hands after going to the toilet. But how many people wash their hands after changing a baby's diaper? Better yet, do you wash your hands BEFORE changing the diaper as well?

I didn't count how many times I changed diapers on my 11 years younger brother. Of course you wash your hands after cleaning their little butt. Changing a clean diaper happens only in diaper advertising.

I watched after two young boys when I was in my teens. They were neighbors. I washed my hands before and after not only that but just about everything I did with them.

You should do both, pre washing and post washing of hands and forearms. I'd think the smell would motivate a person too boil thier hands afterwards.

Nah sometimes wash or hand sanitize after changing them but usually not
