I did at one point like 10 years ago, head was flaking and saw a dermatologist. I would always use the same Tide febreeze to launder everything for years, so they must have changed the formula because my head mostly reacted to it from the bedding. Getting out of dyes and perfumes worked wonders, tide free is fine.
Did end up doing better in the hair/scalp arena as a result though. Moroccan oil does wonders to the scalp and makes roots look better too. Awesome hair products. Paul Mitchell tea tree special is good too.
I used to till I discovered it was actually the shampoo that was causing it. Even the medicated stuff didn't work. I started using Dr. Bronner's soap as my shampoo and the dandruff went away completely. I recommend the free and clear stuff, but I didn't react to the peppermint or lavender either.
best solution for dandruff is apply mixture of egg yolk, yogurt and mustard oil to your scalp and leave for half an hour to 45 minutes. then wash off with shampoo, you may need to wash hair 2 to 3 times.
initially do this 2 to 3 times a week, then you can reduce it to once a week. i start seeing the effects after just the first 2 times.
I don't get dandruff easily because my mom won't let me get them lol.

I use a medicated anti-dandruff shampoo every couple of weeks specifically so I don't get to the stage of having dandruff. I've been doing this for years so I have no idea if I'd get it easily or not.
Yeah & it's really annoying because I have extremely oily hair. And apparently hair this oily needs to be shampooed more than the average person would need to. Even with Dandruff treatment.
Bella I have had it before, including on my eyebrows. But right now it's under good control with my regular dandruff shampoo.
It's good to see you here again!
😀😊
I mean my hair deserves critism for so many reasons, but for some reason I've managed to avoid dandruff (It must be a tradeoff for having so many awful haircuts) lol
Actually yes I do get it easily. Some people are just prone to it. I use ketoconazole shampoo on a regular basis and it keeps it in check.
I have a dry skin issue and get dandruff plus male hair loss on top not much but I manage to keep what I have I am hoping someday my hair grows back with vitamins
Dandruff can be caused by dry scalp and a hi selenium shampoo, like Head and Shoulders, might help with that condition.
I go through stages with it.
winter normally is a pain, rest of year is usually okay.
i get it a lot in the winter and am constantly trying to brush it out which usually is just a temporary fix
Yes I do but I use oil repair shampoo and it helps :)
Yes if I don't use anti-dandruff i get it quite easily... I have oily scalp and oily skin.. It's very tough in the summer
Not really, but I have sensitive skin could be just dry for me.
ye i been getting dandruff more frequently. i think im currently having it rn too
Use mix of apple cider vinegar and water and spray it in your hair
it fixed baldness too
I get dandruff when my hair gets longer so I shave my head like a Marine crew cut but then again I am a guy lol
Hardly ever unless I use a different shampoo but I stick with Paul Mitchell
Yeah all the time and i double wash my shit but oil keeps it down a lot
I found that it really depends on the shampoo I use.
sad to say I use the old school.. olive oil and lemon.. removes it
no i try to use tea tree oil in my shampoos/conditioners it usually prevents it from happening
I hardly get dandruff
I feel fortunate that I've never had it.
Naw, i keeps my scalp moisturized
Nope you have to moisturize your scalp
Bruh, I'm bald 🤨
