What were your symptoms of covid , and how long did they last? Did anyone get sore legs, runny nose? Any tips to feel better?

My symptoms felt like back pain and then one day my blood oxygen dropped from 99% to 70% and I collapsed. When I came back around I quickly setup my nebulizer and nebulized 2.5 ml of saline with 3.5 ml of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide (recommend much less) and in a few hours my blood oxygen stabilized. Drinking tea with ginger, cus ginger is antinflammatory so it definetly helped a lot.
High fever, weakness, dizzy, headache, body inflammation pain everywhere sucked for week and then week to recover aome strength to move.

Don't know why I first contracted it as my dad also has it. He hasn't had any other symptoms yet other than a mucus cough.

For me... day 1: Itchy mouth, headaches a week I think before that if related, and dizziness for a week if related.

2nd day : Sneezed a bit and coughed mucus.

1st and 2nd day I had a negative test.
3rd day : tested positive, and now I feel tired, weakish, mucus cough which comes and goes, hot flushes which came with nausea and dizzyness a bit. I also felt tingly, and my chest sometimes feel tight but I have anxiety etc too, so that may not be related as it goes off when I've relaxed.

A bit of light-headness after I've coughed, and mucus/rubbish tastes a bit bloody, but that's the mucus so don't worry.

I have a tention headache, more tiredness so I'm just stuck in bed at the moment.

I've also gone off my food a little so I'm sticking to soup, water and opened my window so I can ventilate my room that I'm staying in for another 5 days. Hopefully after that I get two negative tests.

My covid symptoms were like the flu. I had body aches, felt very weak, a very bad migraine, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, I did cough alittle bit but not a lot not bad either, and was slightly sniffly. I couldn't get out of bed for the first few days. After a week, it just felt like a head cold. I ended up staying home from work for 2 weeks, not fun at all🥺 Best bet is to get plenty of rest, drink a lot of water, take painkillers for your pain, and use a heating pad if you like for your body and back aches.

Sore legs were the first symptoms. I was actually trying to figure out what I had done to strain my muscles to the point of soreness. Just under a week later I had developed “hot and cold” sensations but no fever. Really aside from feeling exhausted and short of breath, there wasn’t much more on top of the leg thing.
