Why Is There A Spot Under Eye In Corner?

So I’ve had this for years. I thought it’s normal but it’s not. What is this and why is it here and how to remove it please?

It looks like milia which is a build-up of keratin and skin cells. I get them in my face around my eyes and sometimes around my labia. The longer they are allowed to stay they will harden up and become harder to extract. I use a good sterile needle and gently nick the skin around the area. They say that the average Joe should not remove these especially in delicate areas such as the eye area. However, I am very careful and smarter than the average bear.
