Pelvic pressure, is it normal?

I have been feeling pelvic pressure for about a year now and my discharge colors vary from normal to yellow-greenish. I went to my gynecologist I got tested and she said everything is normal but I still feel pressure sometimes. She also told me I had a little scar and that it's healing that it's ok for now but I should go for checkups in 6 months. She also told me I had an inflamed ovary in the past but now it's ok

Get another check up somewhere else, don't trust only one doctor

If you're sure it's not an STD, then I would start looking into the nutritional side of things. What is your daily iodine intake?

My results came out clean, no std no nothing. But I do have a poor diet
