Girls, Ladies, do you think that wearing a waist trainer after giving birth helps you get your shape back?

I believe cosmetic acupuncture combined with gradual weight loss works, keto is good cause it targets body fat. Like on keto, I lost one inch off my belly every time I lost 4 pounds and on my current diet, I lose one inch of belly for ever 8-11 pounds of weight loss. But I lose pounds 2-3 times faster on my current diet then I did on keto.

Nah don't recommend it. I was 5 weeks after my 3rd. He destroyed my tummy! Other two pregnancies my tummy went back to normal so never tried it those times

It's not the most effective, it just moves the issue. Exercise and eating healthy are the best ways but obviously directly after birth, you shouldn't put too much pressure on yourself and your body.

I wouldn’t recommend it you should just work your abs so that the skin and muscles tighten again.
