Would you skip meals if you were not hungry?

I always eat at 12 but today I was busy and did not eat until 2 and I thought if I do not need to eat at 2, maybe I could wait until 5 or 6 for my first meal, like I found a weight loss secret that can make me full for 8 hours on 400 calories, it was like I reversed decades of insulin resistance in ten seconds with a secret recipe I discovered on my own.
