As a culture many in thr us have poor eating habits

We stop shaming people and people accept scraps and bare minimum

? It is not just the women. I spent a lot of time at the beach last summer and it was startling how maybe 1 in a hundred girls at the beach were hot. So many of them were downright obese. Too much fast food and not enough exercise.
