Im not bringing men into this because let's be real, fat men get shamed and are made fun of for being overweight which is fine by the way. If you're fat you deserved to be shamed. But women that are fat get all the fucking excuses in the book. She has this problem or she has problems with this blah blah fucking blah. If you're a fat woman, 9 times out of 10 that is you're fault and you should be shamed for it the same way a man gets shamed for it. There's nothing good about being fat or overweight. And the body posivity movement is the reason woman like Lizzo think she's an 8 or 9. I don't get why fat women are glorified now. Make it make sense
No one deserves to be shamed because of their weight, regardless if it is healthy or not. I am not saying they’re excuses but there’s things to take into consideration 1. Poverty 2. Mental illness 3. Not knowing where to start 4. Being influenced by body positivity (doesn’t think they need to change 5. not being in the know of what is healthy and what is not. America is honestly disgusting with the way they market food, certain body types , and serving sizes. I’m sure absolutely no body knows that a single serving size of Oreos is literally 2 cookies. Americans are literally set up to fail with their weight due to overall americas marketing of everything. You shouldn’t blame people that were set up to be this way, you should blame the government that lets food companies market their unhealthy junk as healthy.

Excuses excuses and more fucking excuses. If you're fat that's you're fucking fault. Most people that are fat or overweight are so because they don't know how to put the donuts and chips down. We give people excuses to be fat and its disgusting. If you're man or woman and you're fat you deserved to shamed. Fuck feelings. Shaming is good for society when it comes to certain things

Being lazy is a choice and so is the food you put in your body. Eating healthy isn't expensive. And there's no charges for working out. That's free yet so many fat fucks make excuses not to work out. This has nothing to do with privilege. You always bring irreverent shit into conversations
- 1 y
@Chthou95 if you think eating healthy isn’t expensive, then you rent even eating healthy because it is expensive. Someone can go to the gym and still be overweight because they aren’t working out correctly. And being judgmental about other peoples weight problems is definitely a privilege problem. Why do you never worry about yourself for once?
- 1 y
There's ways to overcome platous. Everyone's body is different but that doesn't mean people can't figure things out and stick to a plan that works for them. If you really want to lose weight you will. There are no excuses to stop you from doing so if that's really what you want. And judgement is part of human nature sweetie. Even the self righteous that preach they don't. And shaming is necessary to keep unwanted behaviors from becoming a norm in society. And of course start assuming things about me instead of attacking the topic 🙃
- 1 y
@Chthou95 thinking a subject is black and white without being open minded is not in nature, it’s you being privileged and thinking your train of thought of how things should be is correct. Losing weight is not easy , if you are thinking it is then you are discrediting people that actually put in the work to do it. If you think your shaming holds any power to anything , you are wrong. It makes you look miserable especially when you are an irrelevant that has no knowledge about health.
- 1 y
Nobody said its easy to lose weight. But where there's a will there's always a way. People make excuses all the time for things because they don't want to put in work or work their asses off. Men get shamed and bullied for being fat and guess what? They kick it in gear and make changes. Oh but for women, there's always something that holds them back or the Pc crowd tells them that they're beautiful and don't need to change and that being overweight doesn't mean you aren't healthy which is ridiculous. Only now in modern times is obesity being given an excuse because people are just fucking lazy. And skinny doesn't always mean healthy but being fat or overweight sure as hell doesn't mean you're healthy either
- 1 y
- 1 y
Poor baby that's very tragic. By all means use yourself as an example. Again with the exceptions. Women have more support from people and society than men get for being overweight. In general women don't get shamed the way men. Its also a double standard however there's nothing wrong with shaming men for being fat fucks. Same way it shouldn't be a problem to shame women either. But we both know who gets passes and excuses here
- 1 y
In general they don't. There's a whole movement for women to make themselves feel better about being slobs. Fat women are put on a pedestal. And who said im fragile when im all for shaming fat men? I just think it's ridiculous that women get a pass. And then now if you dont want to date a fat woman you're called fat phobic and all this other bullshit. And just because they're more likely to experience eating disorders doesn't mean they should call it quits and shove their mouths with a bunch of unhealthy shit. Again excuses after excuses
- 1 y
@Chthou95 in general they don’t but scientifically they are more likely to develop eating disorders, how does that make any sense? Fat shaming women because you think they don’t get shamed enough is definitely a fragile move and you are probably fat yourself otherwise this wouldn’t affect you so much.
- 1 y
Because of insecurities. More so to do with what they think about themselves. But again in general women get pats on the back for being overweight and fat. And another assumption? You're on roll. I use to be fat when i was younger and was made fun of for it. But i didn't cry or act like a little bitch. I used that shaming as fuel to get better and become healthier. I took the shaming as motivation to lose weight and this was 9 years ago. Never been a fat fuck again
- 1 y
@Chthou95 dude insecurities do not come out of no where. Before I developed my eating disorder, I had people call me fat even though I was underweight, I was also in a sport where I felt like I needed to maintain a certain weight to do my best which was my worst downfall. And suppressing emotions is not cute, it’s stupid. You were obviously bothered that you were made fun of , so you changed yourself.
- 1 y
If you're poor why are you eating too much food? You mentioned above that poor people eat Ramen but a pack of Ramen is 410 calories. So if you ate 3 packs a day one for each meal that's 1230 calories. That wouldn't have normal sized people fat, in fact they would likely be very thin. It's that they eat 3 ramens and then eat a pack of oreos and 3 candy bars on top of that. Has nothing to do with poverty.
- 1 y
@bamesjod0069 because those foods are not filled with nutrients, empty calories which results in you eating more because your body craves vitamins and minerals. When you aren’t feeding your body those, you are going to be left hungry. Yes it does have to do with poverty, I study this in my dietetics / nutrition class. That is why you see obesity in a lot of poverty even though it seems like they can’t afford as much food. The food they can afford is not nutrient dense.
- 1 y
And 2 Oreos have about 200 calories in them. So you eat 6 Oreos, you are at about 600 calories. 3 candy bars are about another 600 calories. So you eat 3 packs of ramen plus the other 1200 calories from the snacks you listed you are now at 2400 calories. Now add into factor if someone that does not have time to exercise those calories away due to having to work and having kids, they are gaining lots of weight from that right there
- 1 y
I was bothered because i realized that not only did i want to be healthy but also improve on my attractiveness. Being fat is also a turn off. Its gross and is doing you more harm than good. I worked my ass off and didn't make any excuses for myself the way a lot of fat asses do. Any kind of motivation is good motivation. And lets be real women are always insecure about something. They just dont say it
- 1 y
@Chthou95 it’s pretty evident that you are trying to avoid the fact that you have feelings. You did stuff for yourself but you were also bothered by what others said which motivated you to want to do better. I mean the way you describe being fat in itself shows you have some kind of emotion behind your old self. And doesn’t everyone have something they are insecure about? That’s what makes people human. You think you are great at hiding you emotions, but you aren’t.
- 1 y
"you are going to be left hungry" hunger is irrelevant. Shit I can be hungry when I'm on a diet sometimes... so what? I can also be hungry when I'm bulking and eating a big pot full of food. Hunger is generally not something you should pay much attention to. If you're poor why would you spend extra money on food? Clearly not that poor if you're spending extra money on food that's not necessary.
- 1 y
So you just tried to make an opinion into a fact by saying they shouldn’t act on hunger. That’s literally an opinion of how you feel things should be, when people realistically handle hunger different ways. And you aren’t getting it because you are another privileged person trying to make your opinions facts. Shopping at dollar tree to some people is like you shopping at the grocery store you buy from.
- 1 y
Women dont like fat men and i knew that i would have to improve and increase my value by working out. I didn't cry or get offended by it. I had to make those changes if i wanted to get somewhere. I didn't know you were a therapists all of a sudden lol. This goes from fat women should be shamed too for being fat to trying to figure out my psychology. Spare me please
- 1 y
@Chthou95 why do women have to like fat men? Who says all women don’t like fat men? Again, stop trying to be emotionless. You felt invaluable as a fat man. I’m not being a therapist, I just see right through your non sense. You think people should be shamed because you were, that’s a very emotional oriented stance on how to handle your traumas.
- 1 y
Did i say they have to? Did i say anywhere that fat men are entitled to date women? If you're fat and want success you have to lose weight. And you think you're doing something here but you're really not. Logically if i wanted to get anywhere i had to do something about it. There's nothing emotional about that. But please by all means continue to tell me it's emotional
- 1 y
There’s fat successful men everywhere. Success isn’t a black and white subject because there’s different forms of success. And where did I say you doing something about it is emotional? I am saying you projecting onto women what you been through is an emotional stance on how to handle traumas

@kylee2437 "idiot I’m in the dietetics field, none of you are and lack educational aspects for health."
I'm an accomplished amateur athlete and bodybuilder who USED to be skinny scrawny in HS and then obese right after. I think I'm pretty qualified here. - 1 y
@bamesjond0069 so you basically use steroids and think you are qualified lmao sure
- 1 y
@bamesjond0069 you aren’t qualified if you think your one situation is everyone’s situation , point blank period
- 1 y
I mean everyone's situation is 95% calories in calories out. No matter their circumstances, point blank. Any dietician would know that.
- 1 y
@bamesjond0069 the point went over your head because that’s a completely obvious statement but there’s different reasons people may lack overall education on what they are eating and how it affects them personally, a dietitian will tell you that also. Being a bodybuilder does mean you are qualified when you lack the most basic quality of being qualified which is being open minded
- 1 y
"the most basic quality of being qualified which is being open minded" no. Open minded disqualifies one from knowing what they are talking about. When there is only one way to get results, open minded means you're a failure. You're as qualified as a psychologist who thinks a girl can have a penis. Fail.
- 1 y
@bamesjond0069 you literally didn’t deny taking steroids, you aren’t qualified for anything regarding health. Your balls are shrunken, you are probably terrible in bed, and you are going to age like milk. Have fun
- 1 y
Huh. I don't take steroids. Wtf. Now you're just acting like you're on meth or something.
- 1 y
@bamesjond0069 I mentioned them before and you didn’t deny it, idiot. You being a body builder does not mean you know knowledge regarding the psychology part of nutrition. You literally just know how to work out and bulk/cut. That’s not basic nutrition.
- 1 y
I literally know how to have the exact body composition one desires. Results are relevant, feel good nonsense is for their therapist "boo hoo I'm addicted to potato chips" or "my daddy doesn't love me so I eat candy all day" that's a mental problem. It's nothing to do with dieting because dieting is simple and easy. Lots of poor people are in good shape. Fat people either don't care about their health, are extremely stupid, have serious mental issues, or are just really lazy. There is no other way about it.

Oh Lord here you go thinking you were born or around when all that shit happened. Newsflash lady that was a century ago and your mommy and daddy weren't even born yet. You're not oppressed and dont live in a patriarchal society. Its just bitching and a list of fucking excuses. And in America obesity is a big problem. Where tf have you been lol unless you're from a country that isn't pro unhealthy lifestyle
- 1 y
@kylee2437 That none of you nor your mommy or daddy witnessed. Quit acting like you live in those times. Its 2022. You have nothing to complain about
- 1 y
@kylee2437 In the western world you have no room to complain. Women that actually go through oppression in other countries are living actual oppression. You have no room to complain about anything. You have it better than you think in the west
- 1 y
@kylee2437 Its a general statement because a lot of women especially in the west think they're oppressed. And there will always be parts of the world that aren't fully developed. And the reality is it's not going to change
Fat girls serve a very important function in society. When a man is going through a dry spell, he get himself a fat girl.

I tend to agree... never understood why some women prefer to be "fun-sized"
