The more weight I lose the faster & uglier I feel. How to overcome this?

I've always been chunky & slightly overweight. When the pandemic started I gained almost 50lbs & was technically obese. In the last 5 months I've slowly lost 25lbs & have been strength training as well. I still have 30lbs to get to my health bmi goal weight , but I'm proud of the progress I've made... Except lately I feel really ugly & fat & unfememine & I'll get this intense emotion at times even start crying. Most days I feel ok, but the last few weeks I feel the worst about my body & feel exactly how I felt 25lbs heavier.
The more weight I lose the faster & uglier I feel. How to overcome this?
