I feel really down in the dumps and I don’t know how to lose weight anymore and it’s not like I eat much I just eat twice a day I just struggle with scheduling my time to exercise. I wish that I was skinny and before this year I didn’t really compare myself to any girls but now as I scroll down on TikTok I feel awful. I have fatter arms, a lot of back fat, some shoulder fat, very thick legs, very big butt, big lower belly etc.
If this is really want you want and not just something social media has made you feel that you want, then I recommend getting into weight lifting.
It'll not only make you feel amazing, but it also helps burn a lot of calories!
And no, lifting weights will not make you look bulky.
If you don't enjoy lifting, then find an activity you enjoy. You don't have to run on a treadmill for 4 hours. Find a sport or hobby that you like instead. Mix things up and have fun with it!

small waist is sexy. Usually cut plate size down and then don't fill it helps. Cardio, low weight 20 reps on circuit training. 3 months you will notice big difference. Away from Halloween candy, lots of turkey etc... will help !!!
Weight loss when probably be much first month. It eill level off. No sitting at home will help too. Climb stairs, clean bath, etc burns fat while you sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep and glasses of water a day. Good Luck !!
