Stop eating.
In any sucessful weight loss, diet is about 9 times more important than exercise. So you need to get that under control.
Second, almost all the current public "thinking" on nutrition is wrong. It's not fat that makes you fat, it's mostly sugar and calories. Leptin and Ghrelin, two important hormones are only comparatively recent discoveries. We were told small plentiful meals is better than 3 regular meals, and snacking is okay so long as it's a healthy snack. All wrong.
You need to learn how to be hungry again. You need to train your body to know what hunger is, and that it won't kill you. Your body needs to re-recognise that the fat you carry, IS food, and it needs to learn how to eat it.
It can't do that if you're stuffing your face 6 times a day, even if it is "healthy" food you're eating.
You need to learn how to fast. Take a multivitamin and lots of water, but no food. And train yourself to go 24 hours without food. Eat meal when you've fasted 24 hours. Then fast another 24. You're not going to starve. A multivitamin will give you anything your body needs but can't get from its fat stores.
After a few months, you should be able to fast two or three days a week, or alternate days. There are enough studies on this now to show that fasting is even more effective than very low calorie diets, because even on VLCD's your body never properly learns to start eating its own fat stores. Fasting does the trick.
Yeah, you are right. I did that. That's how I lost weight.
Eat less than the calories you need to maintain weight. This is the general formula.
The larger the gap, the faster the weight loss. Also, due note that the maximum healthy weight loss is around 2 lbs per week. Any higher is considered unhealthy.
Take your time, you did not gain the weight overnight, you will not lose it overnight.
There's also exercise, but it's 80% what you eat, 20% activity. Doing exercises can either speed things up a little or give you a leeway to eat more a little - along with all it's health benefits.
Look into intermittent fasting
You eat in a window hours let’s say you eat from 1pm to 4pm you last meal. Ofc during those hours you eat good food like meat , fish , veggies. you mainly need to exercise. I eat a bunch of bullshit I went from 230 down to 180. You just mainly need to do compound exercises and not worry about isolation work outs. You can also take Wellbutrin if you hate working that much and don’t enjoy it at all. Wellbutrin can suppress your appetite and make you not hungry. It’ll be really hard to finish a meals though. I took it last year because of COVID because I didn’t want to get fat again and I couldn’t get to the gym. It was really hard to eat anything; even drinking water was hard. I had to force myself to eat and drink.
You have a basic good shape, you just need to lose any excess fat and tone any relaxed muscles. Go to WW formerly known as Weight Watchers. They have a proven track record. You'll look amazing if you have the discipline to stick with it.

You don’t look that bad but you can do this. Just walk 60 mins each day, drink water, eat less bread and junk food, cook more, sleep more and lower your stress level
I would recommend a walking program of 15 minutes a day, drink plenty of water, eat lots of vegetables, don't feel bad I like bigger girls and all my girls were overweight so you are all cool
Eat less and burn more calories. Drinking hella water helps since it can satiate your appetite, hence making you eat less.
Cut junk food and eat dairy products and meat. Use virgin coconut oil.
