      Exercise, cut meals in half, no carbs, active when get home such as clean mow walk stairs. I maintain 1800 calories and use 300 a day WHEN I’m losing weight.-This is just me. High cardio keeps metabolism going. Home exercise keeps metabolism working even when rested. 7-8 hours of sleep is super important
