Tips:--- 1. Take helath breakfast and never miss it.

2. Do morning 🌅 walk daily 2 km.

3. Take 10% amount of mixed fruits according to your body weight like 70 kg you need 700 GM's

4. Drink 4 litres water 💦 daily.

5. Always have minimum one hour meditation daily.

6. Never eat full stomach keep little empty.

7. Always have 6-7 hours good sleep 😴.

8. Go to the bed 🛏️ early and wake up early.

9. Spend some time with your family and friends regularly.

10. Always take blessings your parents and elders.

And keep smiling ☺️ in every favourable or unfavorable situations.
