How do I maintain myself once I’ve reached my ideal weight?

I’m aiming to lose thirty kilos. I’ve already lost ten to fifteen kilos (haven’t weighed myself in the past month). I’m on the lite n easy diet. It works. I’m on the way to being slim. Once I am, how do I maintain my healthy diet? What are some of the dinners and lunches I should eat?

I’ve noticed that my parents are overweight. Dad has a gut and mum has gone up 3 dress sizes. They eat lots of fatty red meat, pork chops, steak and lamb chops and fatty roasts, in big portions. No fish, no chicken unless it’s a chicken fillet Mignon, with lots of garlic butter sauce, or crumbed fish. Everything has a marinade or fat on the meat. Lots of meat and mash, very few vegetables. Do I learn to eat lots of stir fries and steamed rice? Do I eat lots of salads? Please help.
