During the weekday I do some walking.
It's about 10mins there & back walking from train station to my job.
I get the train home so I walk from the train station to my house.
I do about 7k steps Mon-Fri.
I am eating healthy.
I just walk at a normal walking pace.
On Saturdays & Sundays I do 10k steps as I have more time.
Is this enough walking to lose weight
