It definitely isn't going to hurt. You are doing more than the minimum that they say you should be doing in a day which is 30 minutes of exercise. The weight lifting isn't going to do much about tummy fat but the cardio will over time. Just make sure you are eating healthy too. You can't just workout and then grab a big mac and think that is going to cut it. It isn't just the exercise but also the other parts of being healthy. I think you are on the right track though. Keep it up!

If you're consuming 4k calories of fast food per day, those steps are not effective
That's good exercise, but not the only way to lose weight. Cut down on carbs, and drink plenty of water.
